Unboxing Video Requirement Â
An uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for any claim regarding damaged, defective or incorrect products. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be considered. Â
YukiBae reserves the right to reject any exchange/return request if the product does not meet our quality check standards. If the item is returned in a used, washed, damaged, or soiled condition, the request will be rejected. The item will be sent back to you, and return shipping charges will apply. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
